I am an architect in London with extensive experience especially in residential new build private flats and houses. I gained my part 3 architects qualification in 2000 and from 1997 -2012 I was employed at Shepheard Epstein Hunter.
At Shepheard Epstein Hunter I was project architect for Freedom Quay a 51 flat multistory new build residential design & build development constructed by Houlton. Located in Hull marina near to the Humber estuary this 5 storey building was designed to be wrapped around an existing carpark with flats having views onto the marina. This development for Yorkshire Forward/ Nikal was part pf a masterplan to redevelop the marina area. I starting from liaising with Hull planning authority I saw the project through until completion of the building on site.
I was also involved in a Student union refurbishment for Leicester University, which included a new 2 storey central space, with a nightclub below. Percy Gee student union was runner up in the national building control awards.
I studied architecture at Edinburgh University between 1987-93 gaining my MA Hons followed by a Master of Landscape Architecture in 1996. I have excellent experience at master planning including a masterplan for South Kilburn, Brent for SEH
